Fees
Carnes Hill Doctors is a Mixed- Billing Practice. Most consultations are time-based and will incur private fees for patients who are not eligible under the bulk-billing criteria. Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.
We are still able to bulk bill eligible patient groups for most of the consultation types:
- Children under 18 years of age
- Patients over 65 years old
- Commonwealth Concession Card holders
- DVA Gold Card holders
- Health Care Card holders
- Pensioner Concession Card holders
Reminder System
Carnes Hill Doctors is committed to preventative health care and has a recall and reminder system in place for routine screening and care plans. You may get a text message, phone call, or letter from time to time from the Practice Staff requesting you make an appointment.
Confidentiality-Privacy and Health Information
We take the privacy and security of your information seriously. Our clinic is equipped to protect the confidentiality and privacy of your health records. Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to always maintain the security of personal health information and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised staff. Our Partners
A gap fee will be required for overseas students and overseas visitors holding valid OSHC/OVC memberships. The remainder will be directly billed.
