Fees
Carnes Hill Doctors is pleased to announce that we will be offering 100% Bulk Billing for all eligible patients starting from 1st November.
Most consultations are time-based and will incur private fees for patients who are not eligible under the bulk-billing criteria. Fees are payable at consultation by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.
BULK BILLING IS AVAILABLE to eligible patient groups for most of the consultation types:
- Children under 16 years of age
- Patients over 65 years old
- Commonwealth Concession Card holders
- DVA Gold Card holders
- Health Care Card holders
- Pensioner Concession Card holders
- Monday to Friday from 6pm, and all day on weekends and public holidays, is bulk billing.
We also charge for some procedure and for more details patients to contact our surgery because these prices keep changing.

We take the privacy and security of your information seriously. Our clinic is equipped to protect the confidentiality and privacy of your health records. Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to always maintain the security of personal health information and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised staff. Reminder System
Carnes Hill Doctors is committed to preventative health care and has a recall and reminder system in place for routine screening and care plans. You may get a text message, phone call, or letter from time to time from the Practice Staff requesting you make an appointment.
